SMI strobing LED flasher controller for stop arm.

• Unregulated flasher, only to be used in 7-Series or Defender Series electric stop arms.
• Must be powered from SMI 7-Series or defender control module.
• Only to be used with SMI stop arm LED's.
• Causes lights to flicker or strobe as they alternate.
• For air stop arms, use S3032 (see below).
